\n The group Jake Vision<\/span> is headed by the renowned producer and director Beerend Jan Kepinski<\/span>, who was responsible for directing, among others „Dancing with the Stars” and „Dzie\u0144 Dobry TVN”. He is supported by an experienced international team that guarantees both professional execution and a fresh look at each potential project.\n<\/h4>\n

\n The company constantly invests in the latest technologies,ensuring the highest level of production.\n <\/p> \n\n

\n As a leading player on the Polish television market, the Jake Vision group is responsible for the production of spectacularly successful productions that have been winning the hearts of viewers for years. Collaboration with key stations resulted in hits such as „Who Wants To Be a Millionaire”, „Ninja Warrior”, „The Mole”, „Hell’s Kitchen”, „Must be the Music”, „Survivor” and „Love Island”. Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of media allow us to successfully respond to the needs of both domestic and foreign clients, including corporations and media houses.\n <\/p> \n\n

\n In 2019, we took another step in the company’s development by taking over the majority of shares in DGA Studio and producing our first series, „Motive”, commissioned by TVN.\n <\/p>

Beerend Jan Kepinski<\/span>
Beerend Jan studied at the Film School in Lodz and began his career in Endemol Polska and were he directed \u201cBig Brother\u201d.<\/h4>\n\n

After in 2002 he worked in TVN and directed many shows such as \u201cDancing with the Stars\u201d.\nIn the years 1999-2005 he directed 460 episodes of the Game show \u201cWho Wants to be a Millionaire – Milionerzy\u201d.
\nAnd since 2008, he is also the producerof this program.<\/p>\n\n

In 2011 he founded Jake Vision.
\nIn Jake Vision we produced many TV shows such as \u201cMust Be the Music – Tylko Muzyka \u201c,\u201d The Mole \u2013 Agent\u201d,\u201d Top Chef \u201c,\u201d Hell\u2019s Kitchen\u201d, \u201cBake Off \u2013 Ale ciacho!\u201d, \u201cNinja Warrior\u201d and \u201cLove Island\u201d.
\nIn 2019 Jake Vision bought a majority in DGA, a company that produces TV series.<\/p>\n\n

The first TV series produced by Jake Vision DGA, was a TV series named \u201cMotyw – Motive\u201d.\nSince than we produced 4 more TV series such as \u201cTajemnica zawodowa – Professional secrecy\u201d, \u201cPiekni I Bezrobotni – Beautiful and unemployed\u201d and \u201cMamy To – We have it\u201d.
\nIn 2021 we founded a 3rd branch named Jake Vision Commercials.<\/p>

Dorota Ko\u015bmicka<\/span> \n
Dorota Ko\u015bmicka (born 1971) is one of the most respected film and television producers in Poland. <\/h4>\n\n

She started her career over 25 years ago at HBO as the head of the feature production department, producer and co-producer. In 2001-2008 she was associated with the TVN Group, where she worked on the most popular series of the station (including \u201cKasia i Tomek\u201d, \u201cCamera Cafe\u201d, \u201cHela w opa\u0142ach\u201d and \u201cNanny\u201d), as well as feature films: \u201cNever in life \u201cand\u201d Vinci. \u201cThen in 2008-2014 she was responsible for supervising the production of Telewizja Polska (including\u201d Rodzka.pl \u201c,\u201d Londoners \u201c,\u201d Czas honoru \u201c,\u201d Tancerze \u201c). ATM Ko\u015bmicka launched DGA Studio in 2017. As the company\u2019s vice president and supervising producer, she produced, among others, four seasons of the box office series \u201cDiagnoza\u201d for TVN and also \u201eMotyw\u201d, \u201eTajemnica zawodowa\u201d, \u201eMamy to\u201d oraz \u201ePi\u0119kni i bezrobotni\u201d. <\/p>\n\n

She is a laureate of prestigious awards, including the monthly \u201cPANI\u201d and \u201cElle\u201d. Nominated for Wiktor 2012. The series she co-created were awarded with Telekamers. <\/p>

Dominik Oganiaczyk<\/span> \n
Dominik Oganiaczyk studied at the Film and Television Production Faculty at the PWSFViT in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a and is also a graduate of Film Studies at the University of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.<\/h4>\n\n

He developed his professional career by working at Jake Vision since the company’s inception, previously gaining experience at Intergalactic and collaborating on numerous sets with leading television producers in Poland.<\/p>\n\n

Since 2015, he has served as the Head of Production at Jake Vision. Over the years, he has produced numerous television programs that achieved significant success in Polish television. These include formats such as \u201cMust Be The Music,\u201d \u201cTop Chef,\u201d \u201cHell\u2019s Kitchen,\u201d \u201cAgent Gwiazdy,\u201d \u201cLove Island,\u201d \u201cEternal Glory,\u201d and others.<\/p>\n\n

His extensive experience has allowed him to master every stage of television production \u2013 from concept development through execution to the final on-screen result. Thanks to his expertise and passion for the industry, he combines creativity with a meticulous approach to every project, making him an indispensable specialist in delivering ambitious television formats.<\/p>\n

Piotr Kabaj<\/span>
Piotr Kabaj is a manager with over 35 years of experience in management, strategy building, and business development, gained primarily in the music industry<\/h4> \n

Over the years, he led, among others, Warner Music Poland and Warner Music structures in the Eastern European region. Now, he will use his expertise in scaling international projects to support Jake Vision in key areas of transformation and further growth. <\/p> \n\n

Piotr Kabaj co-created the phonographic market in Poland \u2013 from founding the independent label Pomaton, to managing EMI Music and Warner Music, and most recently serving as CEO at takt \u2013 one of the world\u2019s leading producers of vinyl and CD records. He is recognized as an effective leader, negotiator, and change architect. In the past, he actively participated in legislative processes advocating for copyright law reforms in Poland and the European Union.<\/p>
